Your inquiry helps us respond to your request. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing, and the current website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics.

Who we are and what this policy covers

Future Trans Services provides truck-dispatch and freight-coordination support. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit futuretransservices.com, submit an inquiry, or contact us about our services. It also explains the choices available to you.

Questions or requests may be sent to info@futuretransservices.com or made by calling (510) 220-8034. Our published service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–8 PM Pacific.

Information we collect

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, company, phone number, email address, MC or DOT number, equipment type, and preferred lanes or load details. We also receive the carrier or broker inquiry type you select and any information you include in your message.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share in that communication. During a separate onboarding process, we may request business documents needed to evaluate or provide the agreed services, such as authority information, a W-9, or a certificate of insurance.

Technical information

Our hosting and email systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and technical logs to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and troubleshoot problems. The inquiry endpoint uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. It does not intentionally write inquiry message contents into the website's application logs.

Information you should not submit

Do not place passwords, bank or payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or sensitive identity documents in the public inquiry form. We do not request document uploads through this form.

How we use information

  • Respond to questions and evaluate requests for dispatch or carrier-coordination support.
  • Understand your equipment, availability, preferred lanes, and shipment requirements.
  • Communicate about onboarding, agreed services, load details, or business documentation.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and address disputes or lawful requests.
  • Protect the website and our communications from spam, misuse, and technical failures.

Sending an inquiry requests a response about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or constitute consent to unrelated automated marketing calls or texts.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, communications, and business operations. Our website is configured for Namecheap hosting. Inquiry messages are addressed to info@futuretransservices.com through the hosting server's email system.

When you engage our services, relevant business or shipment details may be shared with the carriers, brokers, or other parties involved in an authorized transaction. We aim to share information relevant to that transaction rather than an entire inquiry history.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Cookies, preferences, and tracking

This website stores your motion preference in your browser's local storage so it can remember that choice on a later visit. You can reset it by clearing site data in your browser. Each page opens in light mode; switching to dark mode applies to the page you are currently viewing and is not saved as your default appearance.

The current website does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics scripts. Its appearance and motion preferences are not used for cross-site advertising. Hosting providers may keep operational logs independently of these browser preferences.

The current site does not implement a sale-of-data or targeted-advertising feature. Because it does not use cross-site advertising tracking, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal does not change its current advertising behavior. If the site's tracking practices change, we will update this policy to describe the new practices and any required choices.

Retention and protection

Inquiry emails and related business records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, support an ongoing business relationship, maintain appropriate records, or meet applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record, the status of the relationship, and any legal or dispute-related requirements.

The inquiry endpoint's rate-limit records expire after a short window and contain a hashed identifier and submission timestamps rather than message contents. Deleting an inquiry from one system may not immediately remove copies retained in email backups or records that must be preserved.

We use appropriate safeguards for the systems we operate, but no website, network, or email system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about how it is used. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights concerning portability, restrictions, objections, or appeals.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sales or sharing, where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies. This statement does not represent that every request or every provision of that law applies to every business relationship. We do not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Send requests to info@futuretransservices.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us how to identify the relevant communication and the action you are requesting. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or your authority to act for someone else. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method.

Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request. We will explain applicable limitations and respond as required by applicable law. You may use the same contact address to ask us to review our response.

Business audience and children

The website and inquiry form are intended for adults acting in a business capacity. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

External websites and international visitors

Links to logistics companies or other external resources take you to websites operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices and terms govern those sites. We do not control their content or information handling.

Our services are directed primarily to the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or in locations used by our service providers, where privacy protections may differ.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, services, or information practices. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
