A website inquiry starts a conversation. It does not book a load or replace a separate written service agreement. Review the agreed scope, fees, and responsibilities before service begins.

About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Future Trans Services website and its inquiry tools. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

These website terms do not replace a signed dispatch agreement, broker-carrier agreement, rate confirmation, transportation contract, or other written service agreement. Where a separate agreement applies to a particular service or load, that agreement governs that transaction.

Who may use the website

You must be an adult with authority to provide the business information you submit. If you act for a company or another person, you represent that you are authorized to make the inquiry and to share the information involved.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, authority information, equipment details, and shipment requirements, and for notifying us when material information changes.

Nature of our services

Future Trans Services provides dispatch support to motor carriers and acts on behalf of the carriers it dispatches for. Brokers may send load opportunities, and each carrier decides independently whether to accept a load. Depending on the services agreed in writing, this may include load searching, rate discussions, broker setup assistance, document coordination, appointment communication, and shipment updates.

Submitting a form, discussing a lane, or receiving an estimate does not itself create a service relationship, reserve equipment, book a shipment, or authorize us to accept a load on your behalf. Any representation or authority to act for a carrier must be established separately.

Nothing on the website represents a grant of operating authority, insurance coverage, or regulatory authorization. Each party remains responsible for the authority, qualifications, insurance, and legal obligations applicable to its role.

Carrier responsibilities and load approval

Carriers remain responsible for accepting or declining load offers, operating their equipment safely, employing qualified drivers, maintaining required authority and insurance, and complying with applicable transportation requirements.

Our no-forced-dispatch approach means a carrier decides whether to accept a proposed load. Rates, pickup and delivery appointments, cargo requirements, and other material details should be reviewed before acceptance. Changes after acceptance are subject to the applicable agreement and the other parties' approval.

Dispatch assistance does not replace a carrier's responsibility for hours of service, equipment condition, cargo securement, permits, route suitability, or safe operation.

Broker and shipment information

Brokers and other business contacts should provide complete and accurate lane, pickup, delivery, weight, commodity, equipment, appointment, and handling information. Special requirements must be disclosed before a carrier or shipment is confirmed.

We do not act as a broker or assign loads between carriers. A carrier we dispatch for may contact you about a load and, if it accepts, books it under its own authority. Carrier availability, qualifications, and suitability must be evaluated for the specific load. A request for capacity does not guarantee that suitable equipment will be available. No substitution or assignment is authorized solely by a website inquiry.

Fees, payments, and cancellation

Fees, payment timing, scope of work, cancellation procedures, and any charge for a particular service must be set out in the applicable written agreement. The website does not publish a universal binding fee schedule.

The calculator's dispatch-fee input is an adjustable example, not a quotation or a promised fee. Statements about the absence of long-term contracts do not cancel payment obligations for services already performed or obligations under a separately accepted load or agreement.

Contact us before service begins if you need clarification about charges, notice periods, or cancellation.

Estimates, coverage, and availability

Website descriptions, example calculations, and discussions about rates are informational. We do not guarantee a minimum income, a particular freight rate, a fixed volume of loads, continuous equipment availability, or a specific business result.

The trip calculator estimates amounts based only on the values entered. It excludes expenses such as insurance, truck payments, maintenance, tolls, taxes, and other costs unless explicitly included. It is not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.

All-50-state coverage describes the geographic scope of inquiries and dispatch coordination. A particular lane remains subject to equipment, carrier availability, access, weather, permits, and other operational constraints. Alaska and Hawaii require specific routing and carrier arrangements. Published service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–8 PM Pacific; immediate response or around-the-clock monitoring is not promised.

Inquiries and communications

By sending an inquiry, you authorize us to respond using the contact details you provide about that inquiry and related requested services. This does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.

A website confirmation means the hosting mail system accepted the inquiry for processing. It is not a load booking, a signed agreement, a guaranteed delivery receipt, or confirmation that a dispatcher has reviewed the message. If a request is time-sensitive or you do not receive a response, call (510) 220-8034 or email info@futuretransservices.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit false or unauthorized information, impersonate another party, upload or transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, overwhelm the site, bypass spam controls, or interfere with another visitor's use.

Do not submit sensitive financial, medical, login, or identity information through the general inquiry form. Do not use contact details published on the website for unlawful solicitation.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or operational problems.

Website content

The site's design, original text, and other materials are owned by Future Trans Services or used under applicable permissions. You may view the site for legitimate personal or business evaluation. Other reuse may require permission from the relevant rights holder.

Truck and fleet visuals are illustrative, including AI-generated imagery. They do not establish ownership of a depicted vehicle or fleet, a specific shipment history, or a customer relationship.

Website availability and limitations

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and technical interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website materials are provided as available without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Future Trans Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, reliance on an example calculation, or content on an external site. Responsibility for actual services is governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any protection that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.

Privacy and external links

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of website inquiries, technical information, and browser preferences. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review before using them.

Changes, questions, and disputes

We may revise these website terms. The latest version will be posted with an updated date. Changes to a signed service agreement must follow that agreement's amendment process and are not made simply by changing this page.

If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant facts so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or select an exclusive court; applicable law and any separate written agreement govern those matters. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
